The Japanese Patent Office has granted Avadain’s patent for its green technology to manufacture high quality graphene flakes.
Memphis-based Avadain Inc. has been granted a Japanese patent for its technology using electrochemical exfoliation and expansion to manufacture large, thin and nearly defect free graphene flakes. Avadain filed a divisional application, which is now pending in Japan.
