The US’ #1 intellectual property law firm, Fish & Richardson, drafted and filed a broad parent patent covering essential elements of electrochemical exfoliation (US #10,662,537), which has been globally patented.
A second patent was filed in the US (#16/569,264), followed by a PCT in September 2020.
